4.2 Video Generation Processing
Video generation is handled by our external video service. Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to this service for processing. Generated videos are stored by the external service and are available for download for one hour after generation.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures. No refunds will be provided for completed video generations.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Service Ownership
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and technology, is owned by Sona AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Generated Content Rights
Users retain rights to videos generated through the Service, subject to these Terms and any applicable licensing restrictions. Generated videos are stored by our external video service and are available for download for one hour after generation.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI-generated content may not always meet expectations. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated videos. Video generation is handled by our external video service, and we are not liable for any issues arising from their processing.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

13. Force Majeure
